Dr chara is good doctor. My eye was infected for two weeks and my family doctor didn't even took care even I was telling her that I need drops antibiotic. On Saturday around noon I had to get urgent walk-in appointment there was nothing but the secretary Manpreet try to help me. Took me 1 hour waiting for the doctor but it was still worth it because he gave me drops for my eyes and antibiotic. I am getting much better now. Thank you.

Dr. Chara is not that good. I asked him over n over for 2 feet xray and only 1 feet was appointed. He doesnt check properly and says you are young nothing will happen.. Even the receptionist dont pick phone usually.. I went with severe pain n he gave me just 1 feet appointment and then i came back to them to change they were closed before 4pm. So nothing was done and i am still in pain.. Dr should make sure client leaves the clinic with positivity but he says just take Advil as we cannot do anything for pain.. this is not what a Dr recommends
