The worst place for rehab. I'm only here because my insurance forced me to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY!!

I wish I could give it a zero star! I went for a appointment as the school board asked me to go on. I entered and I had the most disappointing moment of my life! I went in and the lady asked me a bunch of questions. One of them was my weight which is 50kg. I was asked to hold a 35 kg Weight after I repeatedly couldnt carry it. I was asked to raise it from point a to b (4 times and b to c- 4) after which they asked me to raise it upward. I was having a lot of difficulty and couldnt. I was still asked. The instructor knew I struggled. At that point it didnt cause me discomfort! But I struggled! Now the next day I couldnt wake up and woke up with the biggest pain. Something I couldnt wake up to! I have taken body ache pills and took a hot shower. Im relatively new and have no doc yet! Im so disappointed in this service. I also mentioned to the lady on a scale of light and very heavy it is very heavy!! ( more than 4 times) . Never recommend it.
