DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND GET VERBALLY ABUSED. The parking payment machines don't work. It often register a lower amount then you put in and it won't return bills you insert. In a 10 min period, there were 15 people in line and in total we lost $10. You put in $4 and machines says $2. I called the management office number. The person that answered the phone won't listen to me. When he finally showed up, he won't listen when I complained. He turned his back, called me a liar and that I was stupid. He won't replace the machines because they work and that it's the customers who don't know how to use the machine. At this rate, they are probably getting an extra $20,000 a year just ripping the customers off. $10 per hour x 8 hours x 5 days a week x 52 weeks a year. Unethical operation, taking advantage of patients who go to the facility to receive healthcare. Why make us sicker?!!!
