I had the pleasure of experiencing dr Elmorsi and Dr Arafa and In both cases I was treated very well. My issues were addressed and the referrals I needed were done promptly and follow ups were completed with care.

the kindest doctor Ive ever met. Really attentive to what you say and treats you with such compassion and understanding. When I first went to dr Arafa I was experiencing health troubles and needed to start medicine but was very scared to. The doctor helped me and listened to me and proactively checked up on me throughout my medicine journey and the side effects I experienced, which other doctors in the past that Ive gone to havent done. He really cares and is really kind. You really feel understood and listened to every time you go. All the staff is very great too, the receptionist is very lovely and they all treat you with respect. Truly the best clinic Ive been to just because of how they make me feel and how theyve helped me so far.

Horrible experience. Went there couple times. Receptionist was very good. But doctor horrible. He told me I couldn't go there no more no more availability for new patients. But the sign is always on the window accepting new patients. I have alot of health issues and I don't believe he has experience to deal with me. Always referred me to hospital. Unless it's a simple cold, he does not know.

Was very anxious because of the other reviews, but honestly went to the walk in, didnt wait too long by normal standards here, and the doctor was super nice and actually listened no complaints here which is super rare for me

Went to a the walk in clinic to be told they dont have a walk-in doctor that day. Really its called woodchester walk-in
