I strongly recommend to not to visit this clinic. Dr. Abdur-Rehman is very unprofessional and rude. In my opinion she doesn't fit for this profession. My appointment was at 2:15pm but she didn't see me at 2:50pm so I walked out from the clinic.

I come to this office to see Dr. Saba Hussain. I never have any issues finding a time to meet with her and my concerns are always addressed when we meet. Highly recommend Dr. Hussain

Dr. Hussain and her receptionist are great. Dr. Hussain is a really passionate and caring doctor. Even though I have moved to Milton, I still make the trek out to Mississauga because it is hard to find a great doctor like her. They have also implemented a lot of new systems to help with their increased busy-ness. For example, you can book an appointment directly online without waiting on the phones and it's great, extremely efficient. Thanks for being a great doctor.

I am so grateful to have found a doctor like Dr. Uzma Chaudhry. I switched to her care in 2018 after having multiple negative experiences with my previous family doctor and I could see the difference like night and day. Since day one, Dr. Chaudhry has been an incredible doctor. She listens to my concerns and validates how I'm feeling/experiencing. She does her best to treat my issue and recommends the necessary tests if she needs to dig deeper. After she exhausts her treatment options, she is more than willing to recommend a specialist in order to get to the bottom of the issue. She explains everything very well so I can understand and she ensures that all my questions are answered. She makes me feel comfortable in my treatment and asks for my opinion as well. She is extremely knowledgeable and not judgemental. She also listens with empathy and doesn't cut me off or tell me to make another appointment for multiple issues. Every time I have an appointment, I always leave with a smile on my face and contentment because she treats me so kindly. Even after I moved to the east end, I still kept her as my doctor because she's an absolute gem! The trek to Mississauga is definitely worth it The wait time is usually 10-20 minutes and the staff are very kind and helpful as well. The clinic is pretty new and well maintained. They continue to have covid protocols and masks are mandatory which is great. I do have some complaints about the front desk, however Dr. Chaudhry makes up for any miscommunication with them. They've improved a lot though and it's been easier to book an appointment. Overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Chaudhry as she is a one of a kind doctor and it is very hard to find compassionate and intelligent doctors like her.

I am writing this review, hoping that the owner does something about the receptionists they currently have, it is impossible to reach them, if you wait on the phone, you could be waiting up to more than 2 hours, if you ask them to call you back they don't, there is no email. I would also like to suggest that the receptionist staggers their breaks, how is it possible that they all take break at the same time and for more than an hour? They don't call you back for the results either, I have to call after a month or so, and they say, "oh the doctor didn't see them yet". Dr Chaudry used to be in an other clinic, years ago, and the receptionist were awesome, I never had any issues. My suggestions are, please hire at least one person with experience that can run the receptionists more efficiently so the patients (customers) are better taken care of. I love Dr Chaudry, she is an awesome doctor and I have been with her for many years, this is the only reason why "for now" I am not leaving. Please do not accept more patients, clearly you can not keep up with the ones you have. Thank you and I am really hoping that someone does something about this... it seems I am not the only one.
