        Never seen any greedy Doctor like this. Only now how to charge his patients. He fill less than 10 minutes form for me and told me to pay $120. 16 years Iam with him. And very rude doctor and disrespectful.

        They have repeatedly missed sending referrals and refills. They deregistered me without my consent. This office is horrible.
