    5/24/23 - Summerville has now removed the link for the complaint process and replaced it with the following if you have any concerns with respect to the care provided by our residents, please use our SFHT patient feedback process Patient Feedback and complete the feedback form to ensure your concern is addressed. At least, in my opinion, they are upfront. Because they have definitely treated my complaint then nothing more then feedback. Well no, they would have to at least acknowledge it for that. This companys annual revenue is $22 million. Plus anyone who has tried to make a complaint, and its not being acknowledged. Just take a look at the person in charge of it and how seriously she is when it comes to complaints. This is from the 21 to 2022 annual report coauthor by Andrea Stevens (the person that sees your complaints). Three years ago we instituted a formal complaint process providing patients an option to submit complaints through our website. It is also used for compliments - including one from a very appreciative parent who had brought her toddler to our after-hours clinic. The resident physician assessed the patient and recommended going to the hospital, however, the childs favourite toy was left behind. He went out of his way to return the toy to the ED and find the family. The mother was very grateful and used our website portal to thank the resident, and wanted to make sure that the organization knew how his kindness and compassion were greatly valued. But I am sure after my 20 years as a patient means they at least value me as a patient. Well, lets see what the new Head of the board of directors has to say on her companys website. To start with Susannah Margison is a malpractice lawyer, who has decided to become a life coach. But not for everybody. Her company website tells you exactly what she wants her patients to be It's certainly not consulting. My clients are most often brilliant. And experts in their fields. They dont hire me to provide them any additional expertise, but rather to unlock and sculpt their own expertise. But her company must use tried and tested psychological approach to dealing with situations. Nope her office uses the ethical and fair practice displayed by My clients have sought out a service and asset used by the worlds most powerful and renowned CEOs, corporate executives, public figures and world-class athletes. Individuals performing at the highest level, have a coach enhancing that performance. So people like Jeff Bezos or Warren Martin Anderson? Either way, not people I would look to when I thinking about any sort of moral compass. Our strategies help people see a way through the situation, empower them to take action that they feel is best suited to their success, and support them with insights they can trust throughout the resolution. Please note, its not about a resolution thats fair. Their goal, Not fair or correct, just best suited to their success, not anyone else. Remember, this is supposed to be a medical practice! I encourage everybody to read the 21-22 Summerville Annual report available online. It was co-authored by Andrea Stevens. It is an education! In my opinion, this is a company that puts their business far ahead of the care of their patients.

    Family doctor here was NEVER available. The front staff is terrible to deal with. They want you to respect their " 1 hour breaks" that apparently the entire staff takes in the exact same time, but then they end up closing early and coming back late. Glad I left and went to a different doctor. I was given a mix of medications here, which ended with an allergic reaction, but the doctor never stated which one it was, and it wasn't included in my transferred chart (so it was probably never included to begin with).

    As a patient for more than a decade, excellent & wide-spectrum care! Team approach is effective, efficient & highly appreciated. Ill miss my original doctor who was a resident trainee when we met, but the upcoming MDs will do well by training here. Nurses are knowledgeable, lovely, kind & caring people. I didnt have a chance to meet everyone but truly appreciated their openness to my own approach for holistic, integrative healthcare. Huge appreciation for this, especially!

    This clinic has been life-changing for me. I've had difficulties in the past with a previous clinic so it led to a lot of fear and distrust built up over time. A lot of basic and more serious medical concerns were put on the back burner because of that. The friendliness of the staff and physicians, and their incredibly professional treatments have drastically improved my quality of life! Feels great to feel listened to and respected. :)
