Q & A Allergy

I brought my 9 month old baby to see Dr. Abdurrahman and the entire experience was positive! The clinic called to book us in the day after the referral was made. The clinic space is bright and clean with warm staff. Dr. A was very patient, taking a detailed history and answering all of our follow up questions thoroughly. We never felt rushed during our appointment. My baby really enjoyed her time there! There is paid parking at this building, $2.50/half hour. We were seen right at our appointment time and got in and out within an hour for our first visit. I would highly recommend Dr Abdurrahman and this clinic for your allergy needs

When I saw reviews I thought "can't be that bad" and unfortunately I was wrong. Everyone seemed annoyed I was there. When I was asked questions I was repeatedly cut off mid answer which made it really difficult to have a proper back and forth. And then they forgot to test some of the allergens so they had to do a second test - it was as if the entire process was being done by amateurs in a very disorganized manner. I got the vibe that no one really cared or wanted to listen and help. I would not be here if not for a referal which the doctor also questioned. The last time I got an allergy test at another clinic it was much smoother than this. Sure I got the results I came looking but it did not need to be that uncomfortable. I am not a burden for being a patient, it is literally your job to listen and help me. What's worse, clearly I'm not the only person who's experienced this and expressed as such, yet nothing seems to have changed. Ironically the office is called Q&A yet I'm left with more questions as to how you get this far in your medical career without realizing how you treat your patients is not okay. How do you do this everyday and think it's acceptible to be this rude?

This place is terrible in terms of their client service. I was referred to them from a Brampton clinic and do not drive. I had to take an Uber in a complete white-out blizzard to get there for an 8:40 appointment. I called to say I would be 20 minutes late due to traffic and bad weather. I was told this was okay. In less than 20 minutes, she called me back to say my appointment would be cancelled and that Id be fined $100. She then tried to rebook me! There is no way I would even consider going to a place that does not even care to understand their patients. Some people behave like they really are not human and cant comprehend when unexpected things happen.

Absolutely the worst allergy clinic we have visited. My son has been suffering from an unknown allergy for almost a year . When we finally got to our appointment, the Dr could not even bother to have my son tested to figure out what was causing the allergy. We waited 7 months for this appointment . I would not recommend this clinic!!

I saw Dr. Quirt for an allergy test. She explained the diagnosis, and pros & cons of possible courses of action, in detail. She was very patient with answering my questions. The facility was spic and span, and wait time minimal. I dont understand what all the negative reviews here are about, but I would highly recommend Dr. Quirt and the clinic to anyone.
