What a disaster! When I got there I was told by the clock on the wall. It was a 30 minute wait. By the time I sat down the clock on the wall sat 65 minute wait. An hour later they told me it was a 90 minute wait. I left and went to Dina care Queensway into Ontario I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Now that was great service.

Very helpful and professional staff. I didnt had appointment but it took not more than 30 minutes to have all the tests done.

So bad customer service. They keep you waiting in the line and keep talking and laughing with each other. The manager needs to hire people who they want to work not to have fun

HORRIBLE and incompetent. scheduled appointment wasnt honoured. checked in at 5mins before my scheduled appt ..told to wait a few moments which turned into almost 25mins. They admitted later appts ...so they clearly forgot i got my papers and walked out. they seemed to have issues keepings peoples papers straight. never again at this location
