Front desk staff should not be swearing at patients or doctors when you have customers standing in line and are able to hear all that you are saying (3May2023 at 10am). She was constantly swearing and using foul language while registering patients and talking to all with an attitude. Staff needs to be trained or taught how to deal with patients because this attitude doesn't fly in this capacity. Ridiculous behavior of staff is not tolerable and doesn't leave a lasting image.

I found this place after doing a search of "blood tests near me". When I got there and told them I was there to do a blood test, they made me wait 10 minutes before I asked them how much longer I had to wait. At this point, they finally decided to mention I couldn't do my blood test there because the request wasn't from one of their doctors. There were NO signs anywhere stating this. I went there feeling unwell, which I told them, but they had no response. Incredibly unprofessional.
