They don't answer the phone. The voicemail tells you not to leave a message. I've called 5X in 30min and 1 time someone lifted the receiver and hung up.

I was referred to the Cough and Cold Clinic by my family doctor. I have a cold and needed to see a doctor to get a prescription. It is standard procedure to get a covid test done while at the clinic. My appointment was booked for 10:30am, I parked right outside the front doors, met the reception, confirmed my name and personal details and was taken into a room to wait for the doctor. It was fast and very efficient. I was worried that there would be a long wait and I'd be stuck in a waiting room with a bunch of sick people. It was the exact opposite. I was the only patient there an was in and out within 10 minutes. I saw the doctor, she did a quick check of my symptoms (ears, throat check) and gave me a prescription. Next the nurse came in to do a quick covid swab test an I was done! The facility is small but very clean and new. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a covid test or just see a doctor about your cough and/or cold.
