I am writing this review a few weeks after finishing my therapy process with Atul and I can wholeheartedly say that the time and effort spent going to the sessions were absolutely worth it. Atul works with your subconscious and how the traumas that it holds can affect your daily life and appear as anxiety , stress, depression etc. Not only was he able to help me move past the traumas I held on to subconsciously, but he gave me the tools to live a more calmer and peaceful life in the present. He is a very kind and understanding person, and as long as you have the patience to keep going and pushing through the ups and downs of the therapeutic process, you will see improvement in your life. Highly recommend and cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me.

My experience with Atul Mehra has been amazing. He has helped me isolate and overcome many issues which have plagued me throughout my life. His method is gentle and he works as a guide as you make your own discoveries. It has been a very healing and enlightening experience, and I so appreciate the peace I have found through working with Atul.
