I went there to get chicken burrito. I asked server if she it is okay to get sauce on the side. She said its fine. I got one extra and later noticed that she charged me for two. Always check their price before paying

Please dont go here. The employees willful ignorance in allergies, anaphylaxis, and dietary restrictions is wild to me. Told the employee numerous times I couldnt have Dairy and gluten and she was taking it as a joke, and kept giving me food that wasnt dairy free. When I told the employee, I didnt want the food anymore she threw a fit, and was about to make me pay for something I couldnt eat. She did end up making me another order, however its insane with the way she was acting when I told her numerous times beforehand that I cannot have dairy and gluten. Maybe take dietary restrictions seriously next time. Joking and laughing about this matter is not okay. Update: went to the Quesada located near King station in downtown Toronto, and the staff were extremely friendly and took time out to explain the foods ingredients that fit my dietary needs. The malton location needs to do better.
