One Man Handyman

Seems he will only do jobs that are big and make him money. Refused to install my air conditioner for my window. Claiming it was dangerous even after I showed him pictures (that he requested) of the window in which the air conditioner would sit is above my balcony which would lead to absolutely no chance of it falling straight down to the ground as my balcony wraps around my kitchen window and balcony doors. It would literally have to fall to the floor of my Balcony roll 4 feet then get picked up by hulk himself and tossed over the edge. He just didnt want to bother with a small job. Will never recommend him to a soul.
