Randys Landscaping And Beautification

Randy is very hard working and says all the right things. He DOES NOT come back to fix any deficiencies. I've contacted him on many occasions with a promise to come, yet never showed. I would not recommend this company. We had interlock done as well as landscaping. Our interlocking has many loose tiles and does not seem to have been properly compacted before the tiles were laid. We have weeds growing through where river rock was laid, and was assured they would not. Randy was meant to remove stumps from around our property before installing the new grass. This did not happen. Would not recommend!

Where do I start? After having Randy come over for a quote to reinstall a retaining wall we awarded the contract to him. We as the clients knew that we would be short interlocking bricks due to the change in size of the wall. During the quote Randy had assured us that he was aware of the shortage and that we would be responsible for the purchase of the extra stones. All we had asked is that the new bricks be mixed in with the old so it was less noticeable After arriving home from work to a completed wall we noticed that the newly purchased stones were all placed side by side on the last row of the wall. Not blended at all! Also, they used way to much glue which was yellow in colour which all seeped out and needed to be scraped off. Lastly we had Randy do a stone veneer wall. This is where the true lack of workmanship has really shown itself. Tiles spaced completely unevenly with massive gaps and miscuts which they tried to fill with mortar. See the photos attached for reference. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!
