Western Union Agent Location

The worst location of western union agent i have ever met. The office is for 6 customer service officers but there is only one customer agent available. I waited forever for my turn to come.

Felt interrogated like I was doing money laundering. I'm a Canadian citizen, professional and well spoken in English. I was not dressed "suspiciously," didn't act or speak in a "peculiar" manner. I provided my ID as expected. Yet, I was asked where I was born, why I was receiving money (gift), what type of gift (seriously?), if I worked, where, name of work, relation to sender and more. The agent was nice, had customer skills, but when I researched afterward, I realized those questions were not necessary at all. At what point would an agent be obligated to ask these questions? I hope someone from Western Union can answer this question so I don't result it telling people it was a racist act.

Their employee habib was very rude. He has 0 customer service skills, was talking with full of attitude. It was the worst experience at cash money, I have went to many other locations never had this kind of experience. He really needs to work on this.
