I've never been so angry with the service I've received here. The girl working there, Angela, denied cashing in my check after making me wait 1 hour because she couldn't get a hold of my work place. I've been to other located and never did I go through these procedures to get my check cashed in. She asked me invasive questions which had no relevance to anything ie. how many hours I work a week, my mother's maiden name. She also tried calling in my work place to verify if I actually work there. I felt as though I was being discriminated against. It seemed as though she was gathering information to steal my identity if anything. After all that fuss, she denied cashing in my check because she claimed her manager did not approve it. I though service was suppose to be simple and quick.
