I'm super happy I decided to use Ross and Charles services for my first home purchase. As a first time home buyer I was going into the process pretty blind. Ross was very thorough with explaining what I needed to do in order to get a mortgage approval for my condo. He went through my Fathers (who co-signed for me) and my financial profile and provided solutions on how to increase the amount we could qualify for. When it came to closing, me and my dad unintentionally introduced some obstacles in the process, but Ross gave me a call and what stuck with me was that he called himself a Solutions architect. That is certainly true! I was little nervous I wouldnt be able to close but he and Charles assured me they have a 100% closing rate and I can see why! Not to mention, he got me a relatively low rate in an environment where interest rates were increasing. I highly recommend using Ross and Charles! Im very grateful for their services!
