Such a unprofessional company with no experience at all, their CEO Abram and Suzette she works here as a mortgage agent but she thinks she is the boss. So basically they hired me as a associate financial advisor as I am licensed to sell investment products for full time job but immediately after hiring they reduced my hours from full time to part time. No training; and made me do marketing stuff and even after doing everything for this company, they said you are not working well when I was totally new and I didnt even knew my duties because they never explained my job. Anyway I would say never work at this place, they have unlicensed staff; no client experience; poor customer service; racist moreover they pay illegal payroll to some of the staff who doesnt even have visa to work in Canada. They pay less from market value for particular job role.
