We weren't sure what to expect when contacting Sumit singh about being our Mortgage Broker to assist us in the purchase of our first home. We knew we had a lot of work ahead of us and had no idea where to really begin. This all changed upon meeting with sunit. He was friendly and professional from our very first interaction, providing more than we had hoped for in terms of information, answers, and guidance on the entire process. We knew right away we wanted him on our side until the day we had the key to our new home in hand. we had answers to all of our questions, and he was ever faithful in his charge to assist us, making sure we understood every step along the way.
