I am a top performing Realtor as well as a mortgage specialist. Even though I can do my clients mortgages, Rick takes cAre of all of them instead. Why? Because he does such a fantastic job; he is incredibly thorough with follow up and with keeping agent and client in the loop; because he thinks outside the box; and because sometimes when he does have to come back to me with a decline, I know he has seriously persued every avenue AND I know he will follow up again and again and work with clients Til they are able to get that mortgage. Great professionalism. Rick worked with me to lock down a mortgage so that I could buy my place. Being self-employed, crunching the numbers was challenging, but he was diligent and was able to come up with a scenario in which I could acquire an affordable rate.

I am self employed and I interviewed a few brokerages. Met joy pike and explained to her my situation. I am purchasing a rental property and being self employed it was not an easy mortgage to get done. Joy sat with me and told me how she will structure my deal for me. She kept me in the loop at all times. Within a week I had a commitment and my closing was a breeze. This is not my first investment.
