GOD SENT!! Taufeeq was able to guide and steer me to the right lender. They did all they could to ensure I got a home for me and my kids. As a single mom it's difficult to even qualify for a mortgage but as I said these guys did everything to help. Knowledgeable, smart, friendly and professional. I don't have enough great things to say about 'Your Lifestyle Mortgage' and Victor and Taufeeq! I have used their services for two separate property purchases and loved working with them. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and informative and got us great mortgage rates with reputable banks that we have never had any issues with, but, they are also very patient and kind. When we bought our first property, we probably called them every day with multiple questions and they always took the time to thoroughly explain the process to us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I can't explain how much we appreciated that kind of service since we were nervous about buying our first property and didn't understand how everything worked. Even when we bought our second property, Victor spent time guiding us through the process and even took an urgent call on a weekend just to help sort out a matter! Not everyone you work with with makes you feel like they actually care, but Victor and Taufeeq do. We will absolutely continue to work with Victor and Taufeeq in the future, whether it's mortgage approvals, appraisals, re-financing etc. and would recommend them to anyone!!
