He is very friendly, Knowledgeable , polite & response very quickly for all your enquires even during off work hours.He will explain everything in detail step by step . No other mortgage agent will do the same I contacted Tyler for our 3rd mortgage . Even though the appraisal value was lower than the purchase price, he contacted with other 2-3 apprisers & received the value what we want. If its other agent for sure they wont do this help and also he negotiated with a lender and we got a good rate.
