Customer service is awful!!! I literally spoke with the manager named Chris to book for 7 people and the first thing he said is no no we dont book for 7 people without even giving me options of getting more than 2 bedrooms or solving the problem so basically they dont care about their customers and give a very bad attitude! DO NO BOOK WITH THEM. He kept cutting me off and when I asked him if I can book for the night he said that everything is sold out and when I asked for the following week he said go check online and book there. Very bad customer service!

I went there yesterday to book a room for a few days but the old guy working there was so unbelievably rude to me. Approached him with a smile and hello but he wasn't having it. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I left and got another hotel Service : 1/5 More
