We booked loaders with this company through UHaul weeks ago and agreed to a 12 PM start time. It is now 12:26 and we only just now heard from our movers that they wont be here until 1 pm. I may amend this review after the move happens but at this point Im already disappointed with the service. Dont book these guys if youre on a tight schedule. Edit: the movers arrived at 1:40. They are fantastic and efficient which is why I updated my review from 1 star to 4. I dont blame the movers in this scenario; it would have been helpful to get an update from the administrative team that our movers were running late. The movers are busy enough already without having to deal with calling the next client - this should have been done by someone at head office or in customer service. I really want to highlight that the movers themselves were amazing and very friendly, but the lateness was an unnecessary stressor that could have been avoided with some administrative communication. That communication should be the responsibility of someone in administration or customer service, not the people doing the actual moving.
