It's the most disgusting place ever ,no service at all. Old building. Nothing is good in here. Never recommend it Worst place ever this building is infested with cockroaches and ants I wouldn't live here if I was any one it's the worst maintained building ever most of the ceiling tiles have mold on them there is ants and roaches do not ever move In here

Been here many years. When DMI bought the building it began to decline almost immediately. Elevator problems, cockroaches, additional fees for everything. Not recommended at all.

Conditions in this building are bad. Nothing changed in the years here and it's getting worse every year. We have plumbing issues, heating issues, cockroach issues, floor issues and parking issues. And it seems there's is very little progress on resolving these issues. But rent will increase every year. We've also noticed Landlord doesn't seem to like her job. Perhaps this is why tenants are struggling with stress due to lack of cooperation from staff. These poor living conditions gives tenants reasons to move out. DMI also doesn't seem to care and or accommodate tenants comfortably. It seems they put trust in to the Landlord/staff who shows very little diligence. When it comes on communicating with both parties good luck getting any feedback. Which I find disrespectful, unprofessional and offensive. What DMI needs to do, is to finally wake up and realize that the stuff who is operating in these sectors need to either be retrained, dismissed/terminated and or replaced with more appealing staff. A staff who takes pride in their work. A staff who is willingly taking on initiatives on resolving tasks vividly. A staff who is fit to operate daily, more importantly a staff getting to the bottom of things. A staff who shows diligence and who respects the tenants fully. A staff who is doing everything in their power to accommodate tenants fairly, honestly and equally. "Because building trust goes a long way, but it seems it's impossible to trust them or gain their trust as they have their own agenda in mind." You see, if only DMI and or their staff cooperated, complied and looked at a bigger picture on how to occomodate tenants better with respect and care, then perhaps Dmi would have a better star ratings. Not to mention, less tenants would be moving out periodically. And more revenue would accumulate gradually for their business purposes. And that in my opinion is a strategic solution to DMI Ignorance.

Cockroaches are an ongoing issue, along with ants. Carpets in hall and rugs in lobby are always disgusting and almost never shampooed. Dog urine and poo on the floor all the time. DMI Property management is absolutely useless and unhelpful to the tenants. Never answering phone calls or emails. Elevators have been being worked on for over five months. One is in use but some times both are down...... and tenants who are elderly or have strollers are constantly stuck in their apartment or stuck in the lobby. Washing machines and dryers are terrible and constantly destroying my clothing and bedding ect. Holes all the time and rips. Just not some where I would recommend to any one. Last winter heating was broken and apartments were freezing, heating was never an issue in the past but now this is a new problem to add to the list. Management is unorganized with their booking and keeping. Harassing the tenants. Terrible. Dont not move here.
