We used Apollo for our move in summer 2021. Very negative experience. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. No effort to rectify any of the issues I expressed on the day of the move (damage, not respecting our request that masks be worn, lateness, and my husband having to assist with standard items such as a mattress) and harassed for payment the moment the job was done. Update: Apollo did make an effort to rectify the situation at a later date with a partial refund.

Terrible experience. Prashant the owner is rude, treats customers badly, swears on the phone and will not provide a receipt after you have paid in cash. He will tell his employees to stop unloading unless you give in to his demands. Totally disgusted dealing with him. They will arrive 2 hours later than the promised time and will send a smaller truck than what was agreed upon. Save yourself money, stress and harassment by giving your business to another moving company where your business is valued and appreciated.
