Awful awful experience. Went for a basic short nail biogel removal. The girl used a fake nail to take it off and kept poking and giving my fingers cut. Eventually she slips it under my real nail and shoves it into my finger. Didnt care that it was bleeding. She giggled out of embarassment! I asked for someone else to finish it off.Someone who looked like the manager tells me -That's the way it's done and the same with everyone. That was complete b*******.I have been doing this for 25 years and never had this kind of service or attitude. I will never go back there again. Rude and unprofessional

Tracy has been doing bio gel for my and my mother's nails. She's amazingly talented, very friendly, helpful and professional. I like all of the staff over there. Wish them all the best~

They always do a great job. I live further away now so I really appreciate what a good job they did because my areas nail techs arent as good.
