She's a really nice person and very friendly. However, I didn't recieve many dietary specific recommendations, and didn't find the program to be focused. I had better expectations but was left really disappointed.

Anisha is an all-rounder... She helped with not only understanding the science behind food but also talks about the importance of how you feel and think about food. She makes it not a task but a way of life which makes life easy. Her energy is contagious! Always so positive and a keen patient listener. She always checks that she has conveyed the most important information in every session and sets goals for the next. Most important is she is accommodating and reasonable to any last minute requests. I would highly recommend that you maintain a daily food log when you are in her program for her to review. All in all I have been more than happy with her program.

It was great working with Anisha. She truly helps you understand the food science so that you become capable enough to decide your own mean plan. Along with food goes the personal goals, and she was amazing to help realize their stand and suggest improvement plans.

We are glad that we found Anisha as our dietician. I strongly recommend her for your personal goals what ever it might be. She was very patient in answering all our questions and helped to create a custom meal plan that works for us with no compulsion on including or excluding certain foods nor advised to buy any brand products.
