The service here is def trustable. Nicole is willing to help what I need, and the tech Dan assist me to move my chair from my car(Embody is a heavy chair) and examinate. HM-Embody is a must for people who work at home with enough budget, and this is the place you should take a look.

I paid close to two thousand dollars for a chair plus delivery and they failed to deliver to my door, but to the sidewalk. The box is huge and I was not even helped to bring it to the door of the building which is about eight steps up from the sidewalk. It was a real pain to bring the big box to the second floor which is where I live without an elevator. When you pay this kind of money for a product you expect better service, I just hope I won't need support for the chair in the future seeing this kind of service ahead of time.
