If you want your vehicle serviced properly, don't go here. Every time I have taken my jeep to this place I have received terrible service with increased charges. Too many bad experiences to mention, but, this last one, they broke a wheel stud taking off my winter tires, then charged me over 300 dollars to repair it. I asked them to keep the broken wheel stud, and when I came to settle my bill, no broken wheel stud. Not to mention a new engine problem that is always discovered while there but never by the car sensor. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

MAY.19.2023 It's been a while since my last visit. There is a newer team from what I remember. Old & new staff. The point is, everyone was great. From the 1st point of contact (Terry) to the front desk (Kendra & Trent) to the mechanics (didn't catch their names) They were able to clarify something like my spare tire issue (below) No one went out of their way to show me anything in the past. Everyone was happy, professional & just great human beings. I can't thank this team enough. Kendra was especially helpful. Thank you again Service Team!!! 2017 Review At first, I gave them a 5 star rating because of how welcoming & helping they were with everything. But the second I went in to use the warranties, things went south. This was more Sales Related. Not Service. 1) I was sold on getting the wireless headsets for my kids because the warranty even covers breakage from dropping. *it broke on 1 drop & because it wasn't in writing, they gave me nothing & the sales person indirectly called me a liar ($110 each). 2) I was given a tire warranty as a promotional add-on for buying at the time. * When I needed my tire warranty, they said I no longer had it n that someone canceled it. They asked if I canceled the free warranty. I did not. So they gave me incentive to buy & then took it away without telling me) *They did finally give me my tire warranty after the run around & Vania did fight for me because she remembered giving it to me, but no one knows how that was erased from my profile. 3) the sales person told me and showed me how to use a spare tire for my vehicle before my purchase *only to find that my van did not have one to begin with when my family was stuck on the Gardiner, in the rain. 4) I noticed dots of rust starting to show on metal & plastic panels of the body. They said they were called rail flakes (it was normal) & to come back when the rust is worse, to use the lifetime rust warranty *makes sense (just sharing the info) 5) I went there because of a dodge Grand caravan promo that was on & they kept acting like they were giving me a special deal for friends. But they were just giving me what was actually on public promo & I already knew of.
