        I bought a car from Mississauga Kia on August 2022(Kia Seltos 2023) and that time sales guy give me only one fob and explain me because of shortage of chip, you will receive second fob within 2-3 months but it has been almost 8 months and still waiting for fob. I received a letter from Kia Canada about my fob and spoke right after to service deparent and my sales guy. They did not handled my case properly. I am still waiting for my second fob. I spoke to Kia Canada Custoer service also. What type of customer service itnis?
