Dr. Michail was one of the few Optometrists that didn't go on strike thankfully. My eyesight had deteriorated so much that I couldn't drive. After a thorough examination he ensured I was seen by a surgeon as quickly as possible. Within 6 weeks I had a cataract operation on both eyes. Needless to say, I will continue to see Dr. Michail. He really cares for his patients.

Dr. Ihab is a excellent optometrist! Very good with young children! very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. I give 10 out 10 to Dr. Ihab for taking time and get it done the eye check up in professional manner.

Sherwood optical is a very well equipped optometry clinic very clean very welcoming, the administration staff are also nice . But the Doctor there is the best thing ..Dr Ehab Mickael is an amazing person and very professional kind and very calm. Very thankful that I have met you Doctor Mickael. Highly Recommend.

I was in a very uncomfortable situation at this clinic today when I had to use a washroom when I attended my appointment today. Staff said clinic does not have a bathroom and directed me to go to the pharmacy in the same building saying they will let me use their's. But people at the Pharmacy said it is not for public and i felt so embarrassed. I was very upset as to why staff at the clinic asked me to go to the Pharmacy. It would even be illegal if the staff of this clinic do not have access to a bathroom and if they do have one, it would be discriminatory for not allowing Patients to use it.This is in a small plaza and there isn't any other place to go and felt very uncomfortable. This is highly unacceptable and I was very embarrassed about the whole situation.
