Very pushy sales rep and price was very high. I got two pairs of glasses for less than what he wanted for 1 pair.

I went to this location because it was nearby my house and it was also my first visit to the optometrist. The wait was not long but the optometrist was VERY dismissive and did not seem like they wanted to answer any of my questions/concerns. After, I repeatedly asked for my prescription and the detailed receipt and they refused to show me until I contacted the head office, as I found out they over-charged me for my glasses. They ended up fixing that issue but it took way more steps than necessary. Lastly, my glasses broke within 5 months; they completely fell apart as I was working one day.

They were amazing! Param and everyone in the store was very helpful until my wife and I chose the right prescription glasses we want. The cost was amazing too. Thanks for the amazing experience. - - Benjamin

Param veer ji is very friendly and helpful guy. My 4th time dealing with him for my family glasses needs. He always offers good deals. Must visit for Black Friday deals and even after.
