Dr Wei Li

I agree with many other reviewers, Dr. Shen is kind, friendly and competent, however the receptionists can be unprofessional and downright rude.

Dr. Li has been our Optometrist for many years which may imply that how much we were satisfied with her professionalism and friendliness. The multilingual receptionist, having long with the clinic, greeted us graciously at our every visit. She deals with not only the registration but also other testing work using the equipment sanitized for everyone. Her confirmation calls reminding us of the clinic visit were helpful and much appreciated. Another plus is that the clinic is conveniently located in a shopping plaza offering free parking.

Dr Li is nice, knowledgeable and professional but the receptionist is super rude and unprofessional. She called to confirm my appointment. I told her she called me one week ago and told her it seems not necessary to call me twice. She then turned unhappy and changed her language from Cantonese to English saying "this is my job, bye." Hung up immediately, didn't allow you to ask further questions.
