We bought a robot vacuum from here last week. When we came home and opened the box, we saw that the machine was used, we put it back in the box without touching it, and I went to the store to return it, I explained the situation, the lady working there wanted to give a store credit that they can't return due to their policy. I said I don't want anything from you, I want my money back. She said she needed to talk to owner, but the owner of the store definitely did not want a refund. After the phone calls, the lady said she couldn't do anything, she could call security, so I said call security, we're just talking here, I explained the situation to you very politely, you sold me a used machine, I just want you to return the moneyAfter 45 minutes, they returned the money. I definitely recommend you not to buy anything from here, they sold us the used product very clearly, instead of apologizing, I spent 45 minutes to get a refund, I definitely recommend you not to shop here. I would like to say to the store owner that if there are used products you sell, you should show flexibility in your no return policy.

Horrible service I was asking for assistance and this female working June 28 afternoon completely ignored me. I sure hope that the owner sees my review so that this female gets in trouble for her bad attitude.
