Right from the get go with my initial phone call to their office and my interaction with the very nice Lady on the phone. We were both very very impressed. Very friendly, professional, warm and helpful. This was all before we even came into the office for an appt. We then met Simmi who is brilliant , warm, caring and right on point, she absolutely knows her stuff. We are looking forward to working with this professional team on our matter and we are very honoured to have Simmi representing us. I had the opportunity to meet the team of Shikha just before Pandemic. As we know this was a very difficult time, but Shikha worked so hard. Recently i needed help with vacating our tenant. I came to know Kapoor Paralegal thru my friend. Simmi handled our case and she was very professional and straight forward.
