Why is everything still done over the phone / virtual? Cant even get an appointment with my daughters doctor because shes barely working in the clinic

Apparently, the appointment is useless! Why would we wait too much if we already have an appointment! Time management is bad.

We took our 3 year old child that was really sick wasnt eating, throwing up and nauseous. No signs of Covid-19 but a runny nose due to weather, Dr Mona Jasuja denied seeing her even with an appointment. Where is that Hippocratic Oath taken by this doctor where patient comes first. Worst doctor ever she should be a consultant if she just wants to talk over the phone. Tele Health is always hiring. I am also in the Healthcare Industry and run to assist Long Term Care Facilities with the understanding that patients come first!!!

Excellent clinic! We have been with Dr. Zajdman since the birth of our child. He has been excellent during all his well baby visits. Weve also had a few health concerns and Dr. Zajdman always addresses them so professionally and empathetically. The nurse who works there is exceptional. Also we have never had a problem with the front staff. They are friendly and very efficient!! They always answer the phone and do their best to get us in ASAP. We are lucky to have our doctor here!!

Travelled for two years and apparently I can no longer get an appointment with my toddlers paediatrician (Dr Mona Jasuja) because who has been seeing for the past two years. Very disappointing.
