        I have never been more frustrated with a pharmacy in my life. So much confusion, disorganization and miscommunication over simple refilling of medication. If my insurance wasn't forcing me to use this service, I'd have been long gone.these people are calling me every single day about some new issue.

        Got a prescription from my doctor on Aug 19 and had it faxed to the pharmacy that day. Finally received the prescription yesterday, Sept 1. There is nothing "express" about this pharmacy.

        I have nothing negative to say about Express Scripts. I get my medication delivered to either my work or home and have never had a problem. They are very friendly and helpful when I call and they meet all my needs.
