I find this pharmacy very convenient to use, with delivery to your door. The service is great and the prices are lower than at retail pharmacies. They give you email reminders that your medications are due for refill and you have the option to automate and synchronize your medications. Pharmacists are always accessible and just a phone call away. Much better than getting my prescriptions in a crowded retail pharmacy with long line ups and overworked staff who always look like they are rushing and stressed out!

Long wait times on the phone. Not always reliable. Not good at explaining things or answering questions either.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They were a nightmare to deal with. They made mistake after mistake. They lied to me and told me that because they were the preferred pharmacy of my insurance company, I had no choice but to use them for my specialty medication despite my many requests to have my prescription transferred to a local pharmacy in my city. The incompetence of their staff is brutal. Fortunately, I no longer have to deal with them. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
