Darcy was helpful and kind. Plus service when he suggested any issues to come back and switch out the product. Above and beyond creating a receipt so I can possibly get something back at tax time.

If you are looking for a competent, experienced, professional group of pharmacists, you will not find better than the group at Dunwin Pharmacy. I knew Spiros, Jim, John and Darcy from Meadowvale many years ago. When a major company took over that pharmacy on Eglinton , this professional group moved to Erin Mills. The knowledge, care, and personal service that exists here, just does not exist in the larger pharmacys. I am so grateful that we reconnected with this team and I guarantee that you will not find a better , more competent and friendly pharmacy in which to put your trust in your healthcare. Their kindness is truly unmatched.

This is HANDS DOWN the best pharmacy you will ever have the pleasure of using! Whether it be Jim, Spiros, Darcy, or John, every one of them are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. This is a must when dealing with a pharmacy because (more often than we like to think), doctors make mistakes so it's comforting to know your pharmacy is looking out for you! I have been a patron of this pharmacy for years, and I can tell you from experience that they will go to the ends of the earth to help their customers. In this day and age where so many companies have abandoned customer service, you can rest assured that is absolutely NOT the case with Dunwin Pharmacy.
