Loblaw pharmacy

Very unorganized staff. They blamed their tardiness on a highschool student that was there helping. I understand they may be short staffed due to Covid like all other workplaces but its very easy to communicate that with their customers instead of having people stand around waiting with no direction. Ill give them another chance but if its the same unorganized mess, Ill likely go elsewhere.

I would give them 2 stars: as couple staff members are nice, the others are probably overloaded. They have no patience to listen to the patients and try to finish the call and cut the call off as quickly as possible. There is one staff member who mostly picks up the phone, she I would not say as rude but not very polite. I am with this pharmacy for quite a few years , but getting disappointed more than often now. I am a senior like all other seniors I am expecting a polite response from the staff. I know at least one staff member I think his name is Inam, he is so kind and helpful that I have no words to appreciate him enough!

Generally speaking I would say that's a one stop for everything,employees are very helpful pharmacy, personal is really good and a bunch of other services like groceries, PC banking, t mobile for those looking for a cell phone it actually saves a lot of time .
