        Amal is GREAT ... HOWEVER, the gentlemen working there (could be a Pharmacist as well - not certain) is RUDE, FRAZZLED, UKNOWLEDGEABLE AND DISORGANIZED ... NOT TO MENTION DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND UNCLEAR ... I asked if I could get a call when my medication is ready so that I can come to pick-it-up as I will be travelling .... I was told that it's "not guaranteed" ... that he's dealing with other things (covid shots, etc.) .... so when exactly is a client at the Loblaws Pharmacy in Heartland suppose to know when to pick-up their medication????? Unacceptable and Unprofessional service ... Wishing everyone a great day!
