Everything about our care was wonderful. Lisa and Lea are incredible, and we always felt that we were in excellent hands, with well trained, knowledgeable, and empathetic professionals. I'm so grateful to have access to such quality midwifery care so close to home and am very happy with my decision to choose midwife care over a traditional OB. The entire experience felt much more personal and dedicated, and the abundance of information shared each visit helped us to always feel we were making confident and informed decisions each step of the way. Appointment times were easy to coordinate and always timely, and we never felt rushed during them and were able to address any questions we had about scans and test results until we felt comfortable.

I am Tejinder and I cant even explain that how much thankful i am to my midwife who helped me throughout my pregnancy and labour time. They are very kind and i think i am literally blessed and will definitely contact with them for my next pregnancy also.

I honestly don't know who to thank first, but definitely one of the best experiences that my family and I could have when we arrived in Canada, was meeting the EMM, who from our first contact with Caroline, their kindness, courtesy, understanding, marked a big difference. Our experience in the health sector was new because we came from another country, however the empathy shown was incredible at all times. The two midwives who were assisting us throughout my wife's pregnancy and after it were Lea and Lisa, at all times they made us feel as if we were from home, they resolved all our doubts and in each consultation their support and experience marked a huge difference to have our baby. On the day of delivery due to external situations, the midwife Kelly assisted us. She did not leave us alone at any time, her constant monitoring and great empathy made the total difference in a new place and where she made sure that we had everything we needed for the health and well-being of both my wife and my Baby. Unfortunately we couldn't have a natural birth and we had to have a cesarean section, however despite that decision, the midwives did not move away from us and their company calmed anxieties and fears and helped us have a great reception for our baby. My only comments from the entire team that assisted us, including the hospital's medical team, were incredible and I don't hesitate for a second to recommend their services, the level of energy used, their presence and support are factors that we will always remember. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING PART OF NIKKI'S STORY, we hope our midwives can see this comment, which is just a hint of all the love given during this journey that is just beginning.
