Absolutely terrible. I placed an order, received something totally different, which was also cheaper. No call or email to verify the change; just a big surprise when I received it. The few times that I actually got through to someone on the phone after many attempts to call, they tell me they can't issue a refund, not even for the difference. Not worth the headache. Don't give them your money, you will be disappointed! Very frustrating experience, and unfortunately, not the first time. When the order is correct, not bad, but if something is wrong, good luck getting it corrected. Stay Away!

Excellent service, highly quality products, and setting honest and realistic expectations are all what makes a company like Printerboss awesome. The real test that makes a company stand out is how they handle rarely occurring out of line situations. Printerboss worked out the best possible solution proving that they care, even after it turned out that they had nothing to do with the problem.
