I love dealing with Condo1 for my place. Especially Victoria. She always responds in a timely manner, is patient with my questions and is quick to have any issues I have resolved like my faucet and showerhead. She is amazing to work with and Condo1 is just as awesome in managing my condo. Not to mention she is just friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this team for any property!

Condo1 is truly exceptional at what they do. I am a tenant and we have been treated very well since they very start! There is no doubt that this team cares for people. They go way beyond expectations! I have the pleasure of being taken care of by Victoria and she solves any issue promptly. I cannot be more happier with how smooth things have been going. I have been surprised one too many times with the excellent service Condo1 provides. I am very thankful for this team! Even though Victoria is the one who takes care of my unit, Carmen still provides her amazing help when need be! It would be 6 out of 5 stars if possible!
