Ive been living at 6 sonic way for 3 years now and I have to say management at this building has been very helpful and professional. The security Josh is a very nice and professional gentleman that takes his job seriously and extremely helpful.

I have been complaining about a leak in my unit for some time now. Each time they send a contractor to cut the wet dry wall and cover it up. This has happened 2-3 times. Fast forward - the leak is still happening behind the walls, causing water damage and mold to the ceilings, walls baseboards and floors of my unit. We have been breathing in mold from behind our walls and vents causing nose bleeds and breathing issues. When we noticed the water and mold has made its way to under our flooring - you can literally feel and hear the water under the floor as you walk we let our prop manager know. He has advised us that they will not cover the flooring per their bylaw. How can this be morally and professionally correct when their negligence is what caused the damage to the flooring? Such a shame. FS residential needs to do better by their residents.
