        I contacted Provincial Property Management Limited with no idea who the actual contact I was looking for. The office quickly put me in touch with the representative dealing with our property. I told Onelia the details of our roof leak and she told me she would call me back. It was less than an hour and she called back with a day and time for the contractor to come out and look at the issue. He said he would get back to me. Within a couple of days the repair gentleman contacted me with the date and time he would be on site. The contractor showed up on time and proceeded to complete the repairs as necessary. I cant say enough, how pleasant and professional everyone was getting this issue resolved.
