Would rate this company 0 stars. Number one, since this company took over PCC 53 at 3175 Kirwin Ave. Mississauga, the condition of the complex is terrible. Secondly, the owners do not know who and where the owner of the company is because he has not appeared or advertised in any way since last year. No one has found it necessary to inform the owners who is currently running the company. Thirdly, the big problem in the complex is the 3 directors of the board, together with the president, who were tried to be dismissed by the owners, but the management did everything to prevent them from being dismissed. More than half of the owners were in favor of changing them for the following reasons: - secret recording of conversations and sharing of recordings, -arrogant and ignorant behavior of the same, acting like they're owners of the complex - verbal attacks on the owners as well as on the children, physically attacks on the owners - board members trespassing on private properties without notice or announcement taking pictures and reporting to the city without reason, - making bade decisions when it comes to spending money, - their non-observance and violation of rules and laws, for which they ask other owners to respect them - intimidating the owners -increased occurrences of car break-ins and thefts That is only one small part of what the president, together with 2 members, is doing with this complex. And finally, the manager in charge of this PCC is an arrogant, ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional person. For his work, grade 0. He is a person who has a manager's license, but does not behave and work in accordance with that license. He, together with the aforementioned 3 members of the board, does not work for the owners, to make the complex better, to save money on every job, but works against it. From a bad experience with this company, my recommendation, do not take Alba.

We as a well established PCC in Mississauga for many years, have worked with Alba and their team for over 5 years. We have always had a good professional relationship with all office and site members of their team and find all to have the right experiences to manage our property needs and work with our contractors and Board to maintain our 100 plus units safely and supported by a very good understanding of the CAO rules and regs to ensure a good balance going forward for a continued future together.

ALBA Property Management has been our Property Manager for the past few years and they were able to completely change our Corporation from the brink of bankruptcy to actually having a very healthy Reserve Fund balance and completing major renovations around our property to improve the value. We recently had some structural upgrades and our garage is currently being refurbished. Mentor, Armand, George and Anthony have all been fantastic to work with and I am so impressed that even with changes in our property manager the quality of service received has never waivered. I would 110% recommend this boutique Property Management company to any condominium corporation - they are small but they are efficient, personable and professional.

It's been more than 12 years having experience to work with Mr. Mentor Bardhi. Without any doubt this company is the best you can think about when it comes to Property Management. Highest level of professionalism, utmost honesty and transparency, highly responsible and the best service you can expect from a Property Manager. You can only expect the best from this company. I wish all property management company would be like these guys. They go all out to deliver the best with a smiling face. The office staffs are super good too. Very quick and efficient.
