NEVER GO TO ANY HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY MENTAL HOSPITAL THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TORTURE AND HUMILATION....Due to this treatment services I lost respect for the law and decide not to follow any of them again if I ever end up in ANY hospital unwillingly again I take revenge which is going to be hidious which will go against the law and commit suicide do not take me as a joke...

He expects you to follow through with his treatment plan without answering any questions you have about his process. Assures you there will be no side effects of medication when every other medical professional says otherwise. I don't trust this individual with my health.

My son was referred to him but he refused to accept the case (even mentioning urgent status). We know this is everyone's right to exercise their choices, but this profession requires more sensibility to service a very special part of society rather following own comfort. A disappointing experience....

I just google Dr. Phillips because he was my psychiatrist from 1998-2004 when I had to move to Ottawa. He was the most understanding, compassionate doctor. He came to me in the lobby if I was unable to get in the elevator. He took my phobia/anxiety/depression seriously and gave me coping techniques that I use still. I wish I could still be a patient via zoom, so I could pick up where we left off. I know Id be better. Ottawa had no one I could relate to and we have since moved to BC.
